This role plays a key part in keeping the company’s trading operations running seamlessly while unlocking value through insightful, data-driven decisions. It blends hands-on operational tasks—like trade reconciliations, issue resolution, and regulatory reporting—with advanced data analysis, automation, and process optimization. The position offers a unique opportunity to enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and deliver insights that help shape the company’s future growth.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Perform daily operational functions related to the company's trading activity including trade communications with execution venues, trade, position and cash reconciliations
  • Reconcile and evaluate data from multiple sources and resolve any discrepancies-issues identified, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist with the resolution of all operational issues i.e. day-to-day trade lifecycle, weekly balance conversion trades and P&L analysis
  • Create automations to collect, analyze and evaluate large amount of data
  • Monitor and resolve any trade breaks or pricing/valuation issues on a daily basis
  • Periodic (monthly/ad hoc) position and performance client reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of the regulatory reporting submissions of the Company
  • Design, maintain and monitor databases to conduct the analysis required
  • Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key business metrics
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to support planning activities
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing data analysis processes and tools
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations as required
Main requirements:
  • BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Physics or any other relevant field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of relational database technology, SQL and Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as R, Python or MATLAB, or similar is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools will be considered a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Compliance and AML Officer to join one of our affiliated companies in Limassol. In this role, you will support compliance activities, conduct due diligence, AML client reviews, and assist with reporting.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Provide support to the Head of Compliance & AML in maintaining, updating, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Conduct compliance audits and prepare analytical reports on potential compliance issues
  • Perform client reviews and customer due diligence
  • Communicate with clients, update client files and risk classifications, and escalate cases to the Head of Compliance & AML
  • Conduct periodic reviews of new and existing clients to identify potential money laundering issues
  • Review and update the Company’s AML/CFT Manual, Risk-Based Approach, and related policies as needed
  • Identify, examine, and report suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Support the preparation and submission of required reports to CySEC and other regulators as applicable
  • Collaborate with business units to investigate and resolve any compliance related issues and breaches
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance procedures and activities
  • Stay updated on new laws and regulations related to the Company’s operations
  • Undertake other compliance-related activities and projects as necessary
Main requirements:
  • Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • CySEC Advanced or AML certification will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of fund management framework will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Integrity of character and high levels of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
