Otc Symbols Change To Reflect New Name

Redwood City, California, July 19, 2007 – IXI Mobile, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that the trading symbols for its common stock, warrants and units have been changed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board to IXMO, IXMOW and IXMOU respectively.
The units, common stock and warrants will commence trading under the new tickers on July 19th, 2007.
The symbols were changed to reflect the Company’s recent completion of its business combination and acquisition of IXI Mobile (USA), Inc.
