Mr. Meroz has over 8 years
experience in providing financial and legal services.
Prior to joining IXI, Mr. Meroz was an attorney with
expertise in Private Placements, Technology Licensing,
and General and Corporate Representation. In addition,
Mr. Meroz was an attorney at Volovelsky, Dinstein, Sneh
& CO. where he focused on business and venture funding,
representing public and private companies as well as
venture investors. He earned his LL.B from the University
of Leicester, UK School of Law, and holds an LL.M degree
from the University of California, Berkeley and Tel
Aviv University. In addition, Mr. Meroz holds an MBA
degree from the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Meroz
is admitted to the Israeli Bar and the Law Society of
England & Wales.
